What is it really that we need?

We go through life saying we need this, and we need that, but truth be told the things of this world is far from what we really need.

We, the human race, really need a better relationship with God.  That means everyone. If your relationship is not that great you have to get a better one.  If you feel you’re in good standing with God, you could still get even closer.

It is like an old married couple.  Even though they may have been together for 50 years, there are still some things they are learning about their life mate.  Even if you been reading and studying about your God for years; even if you have a good prayer life now, there is still room to be more intimate.

What better way could we get more intimate with God, than by talking with him?  Each day I live I am learning that praying and praying more is essential to living.  If God is the strength of my life, and I neglect to talk to him and build that relationship to know where he wants me to go, to know how he desires for me to live, then I end up making the mistakes and taking the wrong turns when I didn’t have to.  I realize now that many of the heartaches that I have experienced have come from

In a nutshell I am just wanting to encourage my readers to find time to pray more.  Even after you read this, bow your head and seek God for his wisdom, his guidance, his favor.  Get intimate with God, remember all you have to do is talk, then listen.

I love that scripture. Thanks for sharing. I will be meditating on that the rest of the week.

    …Have faith in God.

For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.

Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them (Mark 11:22-24).
