To keep our minds from thinking to lofty of ourselves we need to be mindful of how we give credit to our accomplishments. Better yet as this proverb teaches, don’t give credit to yourself at all.
“Let another man praise thee, and not thine own mouth; a stranger, and not thine own lips.” Proverbs 27:2 NLT
For we must first remember we can do nothing with out the Lord’s help.
