This proverb will keep you from loosing sleep or fretting about those that don’t like you, or those that you give the title of enemy to.  Showing kindness is God’s way of handling all our enemies.  The next time you are confronted by an enemy, and they’re getting on your last nerve, remember this proverb and wait for the Lord’s reward.
