After reading my Proverb for the day yesterday, Proverbs 9. I realized that I need to learn how to be wise, for that is what the scripture urges us to do in verse 6.
So I asked my self the question…”How do I learn to be wise?”
In verse 10 the answer lies. “Fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom. Knowledge of the Holy One results in understanding.”
So what I know now is that I need with all my might, with all my heart, to seek knowledge of the Holy One. I will do that by staying in what he left for us here on earth.
The Bible.
His Holy Word.
Everything he wants us to know about Him lies in the Holy Bible.
So if you want to learn to be wise, let me encourage you to read the Bible.

“Fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom. Knowledge of the Holy One results in understanding.” Such a simple verse with incredible depth. It is unlikely after a person has lived their life, that they will fully understand. The 3 are entertwined. Wisdom, knowledge and understanding.
Great job! Keep seeking!

Proverbs 9:10 is a verse I took time to memorize this year. Thanks for the reminder as to why it’s so important !
